Being a future English teacher does not necessarily mean
teaching at schools only. There are plenty of other fields that students of our
Teacher Training College could test themselves in. Fortunately, apart from
getting good grades on exams, taking part in numerous performances, there are
also some other competitions organised by our teachers. Why not try to write a
poem?
The competition takes place annually in our college,
organised by Mrs Świerczyńska, and gives an opportunity to those of you who
feel for writing and want to share their gift with the rest of Europe! As
it is not a secret that the winning works will be not only rewarded but also
published on the European poetry website.
You need not worry if you know that you are not so good at
writing! There is an option for enthusiasts of translation. If you have your
favourite poet or you especially like something that not everyone had an
opportunity to recognise yet, do not hesitate any longer.
Those who decide to take part in the Annual Poetry Competition
should send their works to Mrs Świerczyńska (annaws at poczta.onet.pl) by
December 6.
